Programs
Career Transitions has a long history of developing, managing, and administering programs for those with barriers to employment.
Career Transitions has successfully provided training, career coaching, and case management services to individuals who withdrew from high school, single parents, low income families, displaced homemakers, those with disabilities, veterans, and clients who are disadvantaged economically and academically.
Participants in our programs become job ready and self-sufficient through career coaching, guidance, education, training, mentoring, and employment.

Career Transitions offers personalized one-on-one career coaching aimed at empowering individuals to achieve self-sufficiency. Our dedicated team provides tailored assistance in career exploration, guiding individuals through personalized appointments to help them identify and pursue fulfilling career paths.
Career Transition’s community education program offers job readiness for youth and adults through Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training, Financial Education, and HiSET (high school equivalency) classes. These programs empower individuals with the skills and certifications needed to pursue meaningful careers and contribute positively to their communities.
The Gallatin Valley Farmers’ Market is a program of Career Transitions. The purpose is to provide an opportunity and location for local vendors of homemade food, handmade crafts and locally grown produce to market, display and sell their goods to promote economic well-being and support the development of home-based businesses. We assist individuals toward their goal of self-sufficiency.
