Career Transitions is pleased to welcome Jennifer Sipes as its new Executive Director! She joined our team in January 2019. Prior to Career Transitions, she served for 12 years as the Operations Director for Central Asia Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to the mission of peace through education. Originally from Choteau, Montana, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Montana State University (MSU). Jennifer served six years on the board of directors of the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce, including one year as the board chair, and acted as the coordinator for their Leadership Bozeman program for three years. She currently serves as the Board Secretary for the Fiji Humanitarian Fund and continues to participate in social causes and organizations throughout the country. She lives near Belgrade, Montana with her husband, Russell, and together they enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
