Career Transitions has a long history of designing, managing, and administering programs for those with barriers to employment. In 2018, we served over 1,000 customers, clients, vendors, and community members in Gallatin, Madison, and Park Counties!
Career Transitions successfully provides job training, career counseling, and client advocacy services to single parents, low income families, women interested in non-traditional occupations, single pregnant women, displaced homemakers, those with disabilities, veterans, and our neighbors who are unemployed or underemployed.
Our mission is for everyone we serve to build a better future and increase their employment potential. Career goals and changing our economic future is specific to each individual. We find that by leveraging individual strengths and desires, overcoming insecurities, and building confidence people can challenge barriers to employment. Last year, 74 of our clients found jobs, with an average starting wage of $12.51 per hour!

Our staff offers one-on-one career counseling, guidance, education, mentoring, and job application resources. We can offer private spaces where customers or clients can use phone systems and free access to computers, printers, scanner, and FAX to communicate with potential employers.
We have 2 offices in Belgrade and Bozeman to be available at your convenience.

Career Transitions also sponsors the Gallatin Valley Farmers’ Market every summer at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. Over 200 local vendors are selling homemade food, made in Montana crafts, and locally grown produce to the public. You’ll find home-based businesses marketing their goods. Plan on joining us Saturday mornings this summer!
